On the 03 November we had a great Halloween Tournament at Archer’s Land with archers and archers-to-be from Windhoek, the Namib Desert, Swakopmund and Karibib.
With 12 adults and 12 kids taking part it was a very small but nevertheless successful tournament with a very personal atmosphere. Most of the participants camped out at the brand new “Riverside Campsite”.
We shot the two new normal 3D trails in a special Double Hunters Round (2 x 14 3D targets), afterwards we focused on the unique 8-target Halloween trail with handcrafted evil targets like the Blood Spider, the Dik Dik Demon Wizard or the Dassie zombies. In the afternoon we had prepared a couple of fun shots including the circle shot where you have to shoot 5 animals in only 30 seconds, the Cheese-Mc-Mouse shot as well as the popular Terminator shoot-out.
The winners are:
- Adults: René Aebi with 1175 points
- Kids (10-16): Marcel Imhof – 815 points
- Small Kids (6-9): Charlie Dürrschmidt – 705 points
